Our story
Peter Brackenreg – Director
Peter Brackenreg leads the Fernbrook team and has over 25 years’ planning and property development experience working in NSW State and Local Government, having held senior executive roles at both Landcom and Homes NSW.
Recently, Peter pioneered the innovative Regional Communities Program at Homes NSW, working closely with Government agencies and Aboriginal landowners to establish and fund an initial pipeline of eight land activation projects across regional NSW, enabling around 1280 future mixed-tenure homes. One of his proudest achievements is striking Collaboration Agreements for Homes NSW with 16 local Councils to align values and underpin trusted delivery relationships.
Peter has also led the delivery of new greenfield residential developments across southwest Sydney for Landcom, as well as transformational and complex housing estate renewal projects including Minto, Airds, Claymore and Bonnyrigg.
Peter values strong and transparent relationships and is known for getting things done. Through Fernbrook, Peter is excited to bring his development and delivery expertise and stakeholder relationship strengths, to unlock land and activate real opportunities.
